The Qinglong Ridge is an essential route for reaching the summit of the West Peak. It lies along a perilous stretch of path at the southern end of the West Peak's bending ridge, flanked by sheer cliffs on both sides. Due to its proximity to the bottomless ravine to the west, the path becomes even more difficult to navigate when mist and fog rise after rainfall. For these reasons, Qinglong Ridge is one of the most famous dangerous paths on Mount Hua. The ridge is named Qinglong ("Green Dragon Ridge") because Mount Hua is made entirely of solid gray granite.

According to legend, the Empress of Heaven's niece, the Third Saintess, fell in love with the scholar Liu Yanchang's looks and talents, and secretly married him. However, because they broke the heavenly laws, the Second Son of Heaven, Erlang Shen, punished the Third Saintess by trapping her beneath a massive rock on the West Peak. After giving birth to a child named Chenxiang beneath the rock, the boy grew up under the guidance of an immortal teacher. Armed with a divine axe, Chenxiang broke the boulder and reunited with his mother.

The Changkong Plank Road is located on the South Peak of Mount Hua. It was built by the first-generation leader of the Hua Mountain Sect, He Zhizhen, during the Yuan Dynasty. Seeking to escape the mundane world and cultivate immortality, He built the plank road by embedding wooden planks and stone pegs into the steep cliff face. With cliffs on both sides, the road is supported by iron chains, and its narrow path is paved with stone slabs, fixed with stone pillars. Visitors to this spot often have to press their bodies against the cliff face, holding their breath and moving cautiously, earning the plank road the title of "The First Heavenly Danger of Mount Hua."

The Chess Pavilion is located beneath the East Peak, surrounded by cliffs on three sides. The fourth side connects to the East Peak via a rocky path known as "the Falcon's Leap." The pavilion is a two-story structure with four pillars and upturned eaves, entirely made of white granite. It is exquisitely designed and beautifully shaped.

The Jin Suo Pass is the key gateway to the main peak area from the Wuyun Peak. A gate stands at the pass. Once past the Jin Suo Pass, the terrain opens up to vast expanses, with ancient trees towering overhead, creating a lush, verdant forest. It's said that crossing the Jin Suo Pass feels like entering another world.

The "Sword Debate of Mount Hua" monument, personally inscribed by the famous writer Jin Yong, has made the North Peak a key location in the martial arts world. The Hua Mountain Sword Debate platform has become a popular spot for visitors to take photos while pretending to be martial arts heroes, cementing its status as one of the most famous attractions on the mountain.
